# How to reactivate/deactivate a user in my SafeDealsAI account?

Go to [www.dealerxt.com](http://www.dealerxt.com), login in to your SafeDealsAI account, click “Users”, search user’s name (apply filters if needed), click on the three dots located on the right side of the user’s name or on the user’s first name, click “Activate” or “Deactivate”, and confirm the changes.
